The Biker Mice soon got the chance to prove their innocence and brought more water back to Mars. But Limburger escaped back to Earth, dragging the Biker Mice back with him, and she and Throttle were separated again (see second season episodes "Back to Mars, Part One - Three").
Carbine soon made a trip to Earth. She need to get a pink seed plant to fill an important niche in the Mars ecosystem. And Limburger had the last one in his possession. The Biker Mice helped her complete the mission. She returned to her job on Mars and left Throttle on Earth to complete his (see second season episode "Seeds of Victory").

Since then, Charley has been helping the Biker Mice fight Limburger. She keeps their bikes in great condition--even adding some new modifications--and the Biker Mice in hot dogs and root beer. But don't underestimate her, she's a great biker (see first season episode "The Masked Motorcyclist") and can whip up a weapon faster than Vinnie can blow something up. She is about twenty-four years old at the start of Biker Mice From Mars: Shatter Your Illusions.
But the upside is that they are both free to see other people. Charley hasn't yet shown any interest in anyone, but Throttle's drunken pass has made her stop and think about how she feels about the tan-furred mouse (read Biker Mice From Mars: Shatter Your Illusions).
The next three weeks after they returned from Mars were tense. Throttle went out alone, picked fights with Limburger's goons--generally making everyone worried sick about him. And as Charley worried, she realized just how strong her feelings for him are. Things finally came to a head when Throttle's bike delivered the injured mouse to the garage. She took the opportunity to talk him off the self-destructive path he was taking, but the talk soon revealed just how strong the physical attraction was between them.
But the goons that had fought with Throttle earlier interrupted them. Charley ended up rescuing Throttle from the goons and his out-of-control emotions. And with the mistaken belief that he regretted what had happened between them, she insisted that just remain friends (read Biker Mice From Mars: Put Me Back Together).
Not until a week later did she and Throttle realize that they felt the same way about each other. Limburger accidentally transported her and the Biker Mice to the Olympian Fury. The Fury was a refugee ship that the Plutarkians reported destroyed. The ship was fine and Throttle's cousin Hot Rod was it's captain. Throttle took Charley out on a date and finally told her that he loved her. She dismissed his fears of rejection by telling him the truth--that she loved him too.
But the crazy mouse Colonel Exhaust captured them, believing that all aliens are out to destroy Martian mice. He tortured them, almost killing Charley. It only cemented the bond between her and Throttle, and they told the others of their expanded relationship (read Biker Mice From Mars: Reunions).
Charley discovered from Chef Andy that Jack had lied to her. Her search for answers brought her to Limburger Tower, where the Biker Mice promptly showed up to rescue her. A fight ensued between the Mice, the goons, and Jack, and Throttle was injured. After the fight, Charley and Throttle rescued Hannah from the river Jack threw her in.
From the information Throttle's bike downloaded from Karbunkle's computer, they learned that Jack engineered Charley's memory blockage and Hannah's creation from Charley's egg and Jack's sperm. Throttle helped Charley recover her memories. Now they all have to make the adjustments to Charley being a mother (read Biker Mice From Mars: Domestic Bliss).
Greasepit kidnapped Charley so Limburger could use her as bait to trap the Biker Mice. The Biker Mice also beat him up good for it when they got back (read Biker Mice From Mars: Reunions).
Karbunkle's main task now is coming up with inventive ways of demolishing Chicago and destroying the Biker Mice. His loyalty to Limburger is buyable, making him an untrustworthy toady.
Karbunkle was trying to locate a missing Plutarkian ship when his transported probe was vaporized. He instantly decided the best use for this knowledge would be to send the Biker Mice to this spot and let them get vaporized too. Limburger agreed and they put this plan into action. Unbeknownst to him, the transport booth was now onboard the Olympian Fury and while there were some onboard that would gladly shoot an alien and the mice with her, the Captain wasn't one of them. A short time later, the Biker Mice returned (read Biker Mice From Mars: Reunions).
So how come the humans don't know he is a giant blue-green humanoid fish? Answer: one very good disguise that makes him look like a fat human with very bad body odor. And most humans don't know anything about what is going on in the greater galaxy.
Limburger actually managed to destroy a good bit of Chicago before the Biker Mice crash-landed in the city. Since then, he has watched rather helplessly as the Mice have foiled his schemes and destroyed his Tower. But he always manages to survive and rebuild.
His latest scheme to rid himself of the Biker Mice involved transporting them to a set of coordinates Karbunkle had picked out. He had Greasepit kidnap Charley and used her as effective bait to send the mice to oblivion. Unfortunately, what he and Karbunkle didn't know is that those coordinates landed the Biker Mice on the Olympian Fury. But the Plutarkian wasn't highly surprised when the Biker Mice returned (read Biker Mice From Mars: Reunions).

Goon #1: One of Limburger's human goon army. He was sent out to collect the Biker Mice after Benzine took them down. He found the bounty hunter more creepy than Darth Vader (read Biker Mice From Mars: Shatter Your Illusions).
Goon #2: One of the goons following Bluto's orders. He escaped with Bluto from the Last Chance Garage (read Biker Mice From Mars: Put Me Back Together).
Goon #3: One of the goons following Bluto's orders. He escaped with Bluto from the Last Chance Garage (read Biker Mice From Mars: Put
Me Back Together).

He is also the mouse carrying the most physical scars from the Plutarkian/Martian War. He lost his right arm and possibly his eyes in the same missile blast that injured his bros Throttle and Vinnie. His replacement arm was built by Dr. Karbunkle when he was going to reprogram the Freedom Fighters to fight for Plutark. Modo's remaining right eye is probably also artificial, given the way it glows whenever the grey-furred mouse gets upset (see third season episode "Once Upon a Time on Mars Parts One - Three). The fact that he has been bionically enhanced still upsets him, even though he has come to accept how useful his mechanical arm with built-in weaponry is.
Modo is the only mouse we know to have surviving family on Mars. His nephew Rimfire joined the Freedom Fighters after the Biker Mice were captured, though the fate of his niece and Rimfire's twin Primer has not been revealed yet (see second season episode "Back to Mars Parts One - Three). Modo often refers to his mother by repeating her words of advice.
He has the most independent motorcycles of the group, probably do to the attention he pays the AI-enhanced machine. His bike is purple and designed like a Fatboy that he has named L'il Hoss but also calls darlin (see first season episode "A Mouse and His Motorcycle").
He also told her about Stella, his first serious girlfriend. He contemplated marriage to her, but they had a bad fight before he asked. She wanted him to give up the dangerous biking stunts he, Throttle, and Vinnie had fun doing. He let his pride get away with him and decided that no girl was going to tell him what to do. Before they could patch things up, the Plutarkians began to invade Mars in mass. She got onto a refugee ship, the Olympian Fury, and he and his bros joined the Freedom Fighters. The Plutarkians destroyed the Fury and all the refugees onboard. Modo was devastated and still gets choked up about her despite eight years having passed. He has made fighting in her memory his reason to keep going (read Biker Mice From Mars: Shatter Your Illusions).
Modo recognized the self-destructive bent Throttle was spiraling into. Eight years ago, Throttle had to pull him out of a similar one when he got the news Stella was dead. But their tan-furred bro brusquely rejected any attempts he and Vinnie made to help. Not really wanting to worry Charley, he and Vinnie kept quiet about how bad it was getting. Charley figured things out on her own and took the opportunity to sort Throttle out when she had to patch him up. Modo didn't know what had happened--nor did he want to know--but whatever she told him made Throttle watch his step around her (read Biker Mice From Mars: Put Me Back Together).
A week after Throttle and Charley's chat, Limburger transported them to the Olympian Fury. It was the refugee ship Stella had left Mars on and it wasn't destroyed eight years ago by the Plutarkians. Throttle's cousin Hot Rod was its Captain. She had tagged along as part of their gang when they let her. Now she was all grown-up and married.
Modo couldn't wait to see Stella, but he couldn't get Roddie alone to ask about her. He met Sparks, the young boy Roddie was raising, at the Captain's Ball and found out about Colonel Exhaust's prejudices. He took a liking to Sparks, who was risking Roddie's wrath to keep her safe. He finally got a chance to ask Roddie about Stella and found out while she survived the Plutarkians' attack, he was still five years too late to reunite with her.
The news devastated him but not as badly as before. At least this time he had a chance to say good-bye. His good-bye was interrupted by Colonel Exhaust's coup. He kept Sparks and Axle from getting captured and he, Vinnie, and Sparks rescued Throttle, Charley, and Roddie. During the usual post-victory celebration, the new nature of Charley and Throttle's relationship came out. He was happy for them both, realizing better than Vinnie did how much they needed each other.
After everything had settled down, Tala pointed out the striking resemblance between Sparks and Modo. Sparks then explained that Stella was his mother, which made Modo his father that was left behind on Mars. Modo--hurt and angry--argued with Roddie over why she hadn't told them. She finally revealed that she was afraid of losing Sparks. They managed to work through the issues and it was agreed that Sparks would return to Earth with Modo and the others like he wanted (read Biker Mice From Mars: Reunions).

Pit Crew #2 One of the robbers who tried to hold up Manuelo's store (read Wars Are Won By Those Who Dare: Family, Friends, and Foes).
He adores his older uncle and couldn't wait to be a Freedom Fighter just like Modo. He got a chance to prove his stuff during the Battle for the Tug Transformer (see third season episode "Once Upon a Time on Mars: Parts One - Three") and when Stoker was captured by Sand Raiders (see third season episode "Caveat Mentor"). He finally enlisted under Carbine's command.
He has made a couple of trips to Earth since learning the Biker Mice were alive and well there. Unfortunately, Rimfire is hardly the best pilot on Mars, crashing both spaceships he has flown from the red planet into the Quigley Field scoreboard (see second season episode "Stalkers" and the third season episode "Caveat Mentor").

After that battle, the Martian Army and the Freedom Fighters finally combined forces. What was left of the civilian government collapsed as those who had sold out Mars saved their own tails. The Biker Mice were captured by the Plutarkians. The Command Center--now in charge of the Freedom Fighters--decided Stoker was too old to continue fighting. In an attempt to prove them wrong, he led Rimfire and a group of trainees into battle with some Sand Raiders and was captured. He was taken to a Plutarkian prison on Mars Moon 2 (probably Phobos since it is larger) and remained there for years, until Rimfire busted him out.
The two of them crash-landed on Earth, in the Quigley Field scoreboard of course. But in the ensuing fight with Limburger, it was made painfully clear to Stoker that he didn't have the reflexes and skills to be a kick-ass fighter anymore. Charley however pointed out that there was plenty he could contribute with his brains and experience. He and Rimfire returned to Mars to continue the fight there (see third season episode "Caveat Mentor").
Stoker doesn't know quite what to do with himself now. Everything that he has kept himself going for has been taken away from him. Tala offered him a job or a partnership or something, but he didn't feel desperate enough to take her up on it (read Biker Mice From Mars: Shatter Your Illusions).

He will do just about anything for Modo, Vinnie, and Charley; just as they would for him. He is the smartest of the three mice, shouting out battle maneuvers that have been named and numbered during their fights with Limburger. Not as strong or as big as Modo (he's shorter by five inches), his punches are aided by the nuke-knucks glove he wears on his right hand. But he is left-handed and keeps his gun strapped to his left leg, though he seems to shoot well with either hand.
Not much is known about Throttle's family or childhood. Wait a minute, it's more like nothing--he has never referred to it. His word is his bond; he keeps it with bad guys even after they renegade on their part of the deal. That's probably part of the reason he won't give up fighting the Plutarkians. His oath as a Freedom Fighter is to stop all of them wherever he may find them. His strong sense of duty to this creed prevented him from reuniting with Carbine and going back to Mars both times he has seen her lately (see second season episodes "Back to Mars: Parts One - Three" and "Seeds of Victory").
Modo told Charley that Throttle doesn't have any family left on Mars, meaning blood kin. But she still doesn't know what happened to them. Evidently it was something bad enough to make him consider getting off Mars and staying off forever after his ties had been severed with Carbine (read Biker Mice From Mars: Shatter Your Illusions).
Losing Carbine brought up all of Throttle's previous losses. For the next three weeks after their trip to Mars, his nightmares of the past and his fears of losing Vinnie, Modo, and Charley tortured him. He sought forgetfulness in fights with Limburger's goons instead of turning to his friends. He didn't want to cause them pain.
He was injured while fighting Limburger's goons and his bike brought him to Charley. She took the opportunity to talk him off the self-destructive path he was taking, but the talk soon revealed just how strong the physical attraction was between them. Charley rescued Throttle from the goons that interrupted their bout of necking and from emotions that threatened to overwhelm him. But it ended in misunderstanding. Throttle--ashamed that he had used Charley when he loved her--gave her the impression that he just wanted to be friends. She that's what she told him she wanted, and he went along with it (read Biker Mice From Mars: Put Me Back Together).
A week passed, and the Biker Mice and Charley found themselves on board the Olympian Fury. Eight years before, the Plutarkians reported destroying it and killing the refugees onboard. Throttle found his cousin Hot Rod not only alive and well, but Captain of the entire ship, married, and raising an adopted kid. And he told Charley that his parents died when he was four-years-old and Roddie's parents--his uncle and aunt--raised them as brother and sister.
With Roddie's encouragement, Throttle took Charley out on a date and admitted that he loved her. To his amazement, she told him she felt the same. Their date was ruined by the insane Colonel Exhaust trying to take over the Fury and almost killing Charley. Throttle killed him in the heat of the fight. Vinnie and Modo accepted Throttle and Charley's expanded relationship with a minimum of teasing--though Throttle is convinced more is coming (read Biker Mice From Mars: Reunions).

The only thing Vinnie likes better than proving that he is the best at everything is talking about how he's the best at everything. One has to wonder how seriously he takes his enormous ego or if just uses it to hide behind. But he doesn't bother to hide how much he cares for his bros Throttle and Modo.
He also considers himself irresistible to the ladies. If a pretty girl is in the vicinity, he's going to flirt and charm his way into her heart. Poor Charley has been his steady target since they crashed on Earth. Unfortunately, he has yet to find a sure-fired method that works.
Vinnie has considered that maybe he wasn't seeing Charley but his first true love Harley through the human mechanic. The girl he's chasing now is nothing like either one of them. Tala rides, shoots, and parties just as hard as he does. And is hot and sexy too. Unfortunately, she has been hurt and wasn't interested in any type of relationship with him. He managed to talk her into giving him a chance of proving his good... er... sincere intentions (read Biker Mice From Mars: Shatter Your Illusions).
Vinnie didn't have too much patience with Throttle's withdrawing attitude during the next three weeks after they got back from Mars. He figured a night out with a woman would do wonders for his tan-furred bro, but he never considered Charley in that role. She never told him he was right either (read Biker Mice From Mars: Put Me Back Together).
He got his next opportunity to sweep Tala off her feet about four weeks after meeting her. They reunited onboard the Olympian Fury. The Biker Mice and Charley were accidentally transported there by Limburger; Tala brought in a group of freed slaves. He escorted her to Roddie's Captain's Ball and she spent the time explaining how big a threat she considered Colonel Exhaust.
During their second date, Internal Security officers tried to arrest them as part of Colonel Exhaust's coup. Vinnie and Tala quickly defeated them but not in time to keep Vinnie's bike from getting captured. They rendezvoused with Modo, Axle, and Sparks at Tala's ship. Tala organized the rescue of Throttle, Charley, and Roddie, and the attack on the Internal Security-controlled hanger bay to let the Rock Squad return to the Fury.
Vinnie caused considerable damage to the Internal Security offices while being the distraction to allow Sparks to release Throttle, Charley, and Roddie. He and Tala were the first ones to enter the bridge. He was unable to stop Ruger from committing suicide, but he did find Clutch before the mouse died from his injuries.
He stumbled again in his burgeoning relationship with Tala. After triggering another one of her panic attacks when he misunderstood her signals, he angrily called her a tease and blamed her for her rape experience. She responded by telling him just how much it was against her fourteen-year-old will and throwing him out of her room. Throttle talked to Tala and then made Vinnie talk to her. When they were through apologizing to each other, Vinnie asked for another chance. Tala agreed to give him one when she returned to Earth (read Biker Mice From Mars: Reunions).
